Child Sexual Abuse Material Policy
April 2026
ThisVid enforces a strict zero-tolerance approach toward any content that involves the sexual exploitation, abuse, or endangerment of children. We actively monitor, detect, and remove such material, and when necessary, report it to the appropriate authorities.
We are committed to preventing the use of our service for distributing, accessing, or promoting child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This applies to all types of content, including videos, images, text, illustrations, and computer-generated media.
Any content that depicts, includes, or references a minor—whether real, fictional, or animated—in a sexualized context is strictly prohibited. This also extends to written elements such as comments, titles, descriptions, private messages, usernames, or profile information that promote, suggest, or reference the sexual exploitation or abuse of a minor.
For the purposes of this policy, a minor is defined as any individual under the age of 18. All suspected instances of CSAM are reported to National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, which works with law enforcement agencies worldwide.
If you encounter such content on our platform, please report it immediately using our content reporting tools.
Prohibited Content
Users must not upload, share, or distribute any material (visual, audio, or written) that:
- involves or depicts a minor in any form;
- presents or portrays a minor in a sexualized manner;
- includes explicit or suggestive sexual conduct involving a minor;
- uses realistic or simulated representations of minors for sexual purposes.
This list is not exhaustive. We reserve the right to determine whether content violates our policies and may remove it at our sole discretion without prior notice.
Enforcement Measures
We employ a combination of automated systems and human moderation to identify and act on violations quickly. Our moderation team reviews content continuously to prevent prohibited material from appearing on the platform.
When potential violations are identified:
- the content is promptly removed;
- a review and investigation are conducted;
- confirmed cases are reported to NCMEC.
We also regularly update our detection systems, including restricted keywords, tags, and search terms, to reduce the likelihood of such content being uploaded or discovered.
We cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities and respond to valid legal requests in support of efforts to combat child exploitation.
Reporting Violations
If you believe you have encountered content that violates this policy:
- report it immediately through our content removal or reporting system;
- include all relevant URLs to help us process your request efficiently;
- all reports are handled confidentially.
Reports can be submitted by anyone, regardless of whether they have an account on the platform.
Consequences of Violations
Violations of this policy result in strict enforcement actions, including:
- immediate removal of the content;
- permanent suspension or banning of the responsible account;
- reporting of the incident to relevant organizations, including NCMEC.
If you believe a minor is in immediate danger, you should contact your local law enforcement agency without delay.
